Senior Mechanical Engineer - Technical Office

The mechanical engineer designs, supervises, and contributes to all operations. The devices or equipment that the mechanical engineer works on are often generators, internal combustion engines, air conditioning and heating systems and even electric elevators. The nature of the mechanical engineer’s work is also in the field and in the office in some cases, as he works in the industrial, construction, and engineering sectors as well. Their work also includes conducting some field visits to some sites and workshops.

  • Assessing the needs of projects and the materials needed for them
  • Analyze problems and avoid them in the future
  • Making working drawings
  • Designing and re-designing mechanical and thermal equipment and devices and their connections , using design software on Computer
  • Analyze data and results and make adjustments to products if necessary
  • Supervising the manufacturing processes of tools and equipment
  • Measuring the performance of mechanical equipment, instrumentation, and engines
  • Preparing budgets, determining the time and cost needed to complete projects and discussing them with clients and managers
  • Ensure that the tools used are safe and effective
  • A Bachelor's degree in mechanicl engineering.
  • 7 or more years commercial projects experience.
  • Extensive practical experience.
  • Additional license or certification may be required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Practical experience with CAD software.
  • Strong interpersonal,negotiation,and communication skills.
  • Excellent motivational skills and multitasking abilities.
